Run TFBScluster.

Select the sequence alignment file (FASTA format - MAX 10Mb):



It is best to mask out repeat sequences and exons. How many sequences (MAX 15) in you alignment would you like to mask (MUST have annotation in GFF formatted files):

Select the number of different TFBS to analyse (MAX 5):
