CoMoDis

This web tool is designed to extract regions of sequence surrounding conserved transcription factor binding sites (TFBSs) of your choice within a given distance of a set of 'interesting' genes.

We provide two versions of CoMoDis anchored to either the human or mouse genome.

Mouse CoMoDis [NCBI34/mm6]

19 MARCH 2007: Changes have been made to fix a bug that resulted in duplicate motif containing sequences appearing in the output files. This was due to the situation where a seed motif was positioned in the search space of two adjacent genes.
